Return is not allowed; Exchange is accepted provided that the same amount of purchased or more applies.
Always remember to check your item(s) upon receipt in the presence of the Courier Company/ Delivery Representative in order to ensure your full satisfaction with your purchase(s).
Due to health, safety and hygienic reasons, all cosmetic items (i.e. shampoo, keratin, make-up, nail polish) cannot be returned.
For beauty tools, please note that we have the right to test the item to ensure that they are in good working condition prior to dispatch. However, if a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item. If an item received is not the same one ordered, doesn’t work or function as advertised, is missing any component or accessory, faulty, damaged or not in the advertised condition, you have the right to return it. Our Courier Company will pick up the item being returned.
You will not be charged any shipping fees for returning items if they were not as per your order or damaged when you received them. If you are returning an item for any other reason, then you will need to bear the cost of return shipping.
For all beauty tools, the following conditions apply:
We will only accept replacement for defective items which are returned unused and in the same condition, original state and original packaging (including tags) when purchased and received. Any item/s returned back not in the original packaging will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.
Your Right to Return starts only from the day you take delivery-of (receive) the item(s) and sign-off on the Courier Company’s delivery note and can be used through-out the time-frames mentioned above, which are – seven (7) Days for all items as long as the items are in its original state, packaging and condition.
We do not give cash refunds.
